An experienced Technical Project Implementer is required to work on an eCare integration programme.
A hands-on team player, working alongside Business Analysts and the current technical resource to ensure the integration of the current sys and the eCare solution.
Person Spec:
- Work to direction of the Project Manager.
- Enthusiastic, works on own initiative
- Comprehend complex information, analyse and proceed.
- Take a hands-on approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Develop good relationships quickly with team members, suppliers and local ICT*IM&T personnel.
Experience:
- A proven hands-on implementer, rather than a hands-off project manager.
- Experience in the public sector useful.
- Experience in managing relationships with suppliers, internal and external.
- Experience in a Customer*Supplier role from both sides useful.
- Technical background - possibly in integration or databases.
- Proven skills around the implementation of technical systems.
- Use of MS Project (preferably).

Data transformation skills inc message parsing and generation,
.Net framework * technologies – ASP.Net, C# , VB,
Networking inc security and performance handling inc IP + other protocols,

VisualStudio, Forms and Mobile Working Library.
